Egypt, 29th/30th Dynasty, ca. 399-343 BC. Fine quality molded faience ushabti holding crook and flail with central pillar on reverse for support. Ten lines of text, hieroglyphs mostly deep and fresh. "PAMER(?)LN also known as DJEHOTI," as translated/read by Carole Andrews at the British Museum. Custom stand. 7-3/4"H. Intact/generally excellent condition, save surface a bit worn, as shown.

Provenance: Ex-G. Bingham Collection, Utah.
