Pre-Columbian, Mexico, Aztec empire, ca. 1400 AD. Copper coiled rattlesnake in realistic pose, looking as if ready to inflict serious pain! Teeth and fangs, as well as incised diamond-pattern are still quite clear. 2-3/4"H x 1-1/8" base diameter. Intact/excellent condition.
