An Ault earthenware jardiniere, of ovoid form, moulded with a band of shell like forms and overlapping leaves and covered in streaky green glaze on a cream ground, moulded and impressed marks 22cm high Note: Dresser was officially employed by Ault in 1894 although William Ault had purchased Linthorpe moulds with Dressers' facsimile signature at an auction in July 1890.
