<B>An American Reverse-Painted Glass Lamp</B></I><BR>Pairpoint Corporation, Early Twentieth Century<BR><BR>The wooden foot supports a slightly flaring, etched glass lamp body with a tapering neck and flared rim, the large broad bell-shaped shade decorated in the same manner as the body with seagulls in a night sky with a green and purple wave pattern representing the sea, two ships are depicted in the background of the shade, artist signed <I>H. FISHER</B></I> to the inside of the shade<BR>25in. high<BR><BR>Reyne Haines: Two internal chips to rim.<BR><BR><BR>Greg Kuharic: Artist signed 'H. Fisher,' chip to rim 1/4"" long and filled with resin; finial replaced; est. $9000-$12000.<BR><BR>Larry Zinzi: Shade has beeen restored, but piece is fine.<BR><BR>Danny Gipson: Two repaired areas on shade; base is okay, but not examined with hardware off.<BR>2 <BR><BR><B>Condition Report:</B> Normal signs of wear as appropriate with age; .5 diameter chip to the rim of the shade which has been restored. <BR>
