Includes: <B>Israel Hutchinson</B></I>- lieutenant colonel, fought at Lexington and at the siege of Boston (1791 ADS with tape damage); <B>Artemas Ward Jr.</B></I>- son of the major general (1808 ALS); <B>John Brooks</B></I>- captain, led the Reading Minutemen into battle at Concord and Bunker Hill, later Massachusetts governor (1817 ALS); <B>Maria Hodgdon</B></I>- daughter of Quartermaster General Samuel Hodgdon (1796 ALS to her father, mentions General Knox); and <B>Samuel Hunt</B></I>- lieutenant colonel, later congressman from Hew Hampshire (1791 ALS with some damage affecting signature).
