This auction sale catalog includes numismatic material from the United States, Latin America, Mexico, and other foreign countries, the majority of the lots coming from the United States and from the Thomas H. Sebring Collection of shipwreck coins, ingots, and artifacts. The Sebring collection includes cobs, portrait coins, Tumbaga bars, and medallions. Thomas Sebring (1929 - 2017) is the author of 'Treasure Tales - Shipwrecks & Salvage' and a noted shipwreck coin authority. Among the 139 lots are coins from almost every major shipwreck, a William Phips medallion, 5 Tumbaga bars, 4 Vigo Bay medallions, and a 'S.S. Central America' medallion.
