Carter, Jr.,” one page, August 14, 1939, securing the rights to a poem by Emily Dickinson for use in the song ‘Heart Not So Heavy As Mine’; DS signed “Milton Babbitt,” one page, September 20, 1963, regarding the copyright of his work ‘Vision and Prayer.’ Various scattered creases and toning, paperclip impressions, and staple and filing holes, and a toned piece of tape affixed to the top of the Cowell document, otherwise fine condition.
