The colors fit a higher grade, but stress around the edges, particularly the spine, keep it at VG/FN 5.0. Jack Kirby did the cover, but Steve Ditko began his legendary run of interior art here for Marvel's most popular character. Overstreet 2006 VG 4.0 value = $3,000; FN 6.0 value = $4,500.
