<B>Alton Parker: Lithographed Tin Portrait</B></I> in full color picturing Parker as he would have appeared as chief judge of the New York Appeals Court just prior to running for the presidency in 1904. Color lithography was the new process of note around this time and this piece is a product of that "fine art". Showing a few minor scratches to the litho, mostly in the background, this piece presents in very fine condition.
