Concert contract for the Allman Brothers Band, one page, 8.5 x 11, December 3, 1971. Associated Booking Corporation contract blank engaging the Allman Brothers Band for a show at the Tucson Community Center in Arizona on March 10, 1972, for a "$7500 guarantee with a 60% privilege of net receipts over $22,500." Signed at the conclusion in ink by concert promoter Jerry Spivak and booking agent Thomas E. Ross. An attached six-page rider, also signed by Spivak and Ross, outlines the band's needs, including: "Eight (8) Altec A-7 speakers or equivalent…Fifteen (15) microphones, Shure SM56, SM58, SM53, or equivalent…A late model limousine capable of transporting seven (7) men…A current year model Hammond B-3 organ…and that there shall be no segregated facilities based on race, color or creed." In fine condition, with rusty staples to the upper left corner.
