All Work and No Play, oil on canvas, captioned If you don't get it, you've never lived it, measures approx. 32 inches x 41 inches, framed, signed David Szydlowski. A Farmington Valley, CT native, David Szdlowski came alive on the art scene in the late 1990-2000 with showings in the Farmington Valley, CT area and the Wadsworth Atheneum, he also had a gallery in New York City. A modern artist who was known for his prolific work in a style celebrated as Cerebral Art. He seems to have left the art world behind in the early 2000's, as there is no record of his work dating past 2002. A very limited number of his works can now be found on the marketplace, and this piece is from a private collection of Peter DeLeone. Featured in artist's catalog and originally sold for $8,000, this piece was also featured in a book by the same artist.
