<B>All Star Comics #1 (DC, 1940) CGC VG/FN 5.0 Light tan to off-white pages.</B></I> DC brought together several major stars of its All-American line -- including the Flash, the Spectre, Hourman, and Hawkman -- for this new anthology title. By the famous third issue, <B>All-Star </B></I>became home to the Justice Society of America. This key issue also includes house ads for <B>All-American Comics</B></I> #16 (which introduced the Green Lantern, the replacement for muscle-bound Gary Concord, Ultra-Man) and <B>Batman</B></I> #1. This unrestored copy displays some wear, but is still quite attractive. Overstreet 2007 VG 4.0 value = $2,324; FN 6.0 value = $3,486.
