Curiously, <B>Flash Comics</B></I> would also feature stories of other superheroes. The origin of the Flash is retold here, and the origin and first appearance of the Threat is also included. E. E. Hibbard provided cover and interior art. Considering only three copies of the issue have earned higher grades from CGC than VF- 7.5 to date, this is a pretty fair specimen! Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $1,065.
