For unrestored, CGC-certified copies, the census lists just one at VF+ 8.5 and two at VF 8.0. For restored copies, this one has the highest Apparent grade for the issue that CGC has awarded to date. Featured are the first appearances of Hop Harrigan and Red, White, and Blue. The Statue of Liberty cover is by Sheldon Mayer. Mayer, Jon Blummer, and Harry Lampert contributed interior art. CGC notes, "Restoration includes; spine splits sealed to cover, cover reinforced."
