Handwritten working draft of the lyrics for ‘Guilty,’ on an off-white 8.5 x 14 lightly-lined sheet. Cooper pens several verses and lyrics to the song, which read, in part, “Bad boys on a summer night, When the heat makes ya mean and ya wanna fight. Put your pedal to the metal go and do what you want to do.” Cooper has also crossed out several lines throughout the page. In fine condition, with a uniform shade of mild toning and a few scattered creases. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Brian Nelson of the Alice Cooper Archives stating “This document is an actual and original draft handwritten by Mr. Cooper during the production of Goes to Hell album c. 1976.” Actual working lyrics from any artist are highly desirable.
