Alfred Hitchcock Signed Contract. A single-page a
Alfred Hitchcock Signed Contract. A single-page agreement between director Alfred Hitchcock and Paramount Pictures, dated July 30, 1954, granting all rights to the Hitch's black comedy "The Trouble With Harry" (released 1955) to the studio, signed by the director in blue ink. Ironically, the rights to the movie (along with those of "The Man Who Knew Too Much," "Vertigo," "Rear Window," and "Rope") were bought back by Hitchcock and left as part of his legacy to his daughter. Removed from circulation for roughly 30 years, they were referred to by fans as the "Five Lost Hitchcocks" until they were re-released in theaters in 1984. The document is in great condition, with little discoloration, a fold crease near the bottom of the page, and the usual binder and staple holes. With COA from PSA/DNA.
