In good condition, with scattered toning and foxing to signed page, partial hinge separations to first few pages, split along front hinge and cover, and scattered wear, surface loss and flaking to covers, and moderate wear to spine. Remaining two volumes also rate good to very good. Books from Hamilton’s library are seldom offered for auction.
