Influential British writer (1894–1963) best known for the twentieth-century classics Brave New World and The Doors of Perception. ALS, one page, 3.5 x 4.5, July 13, 1926. Short letter to Dennis Wheatley. In full: “I am going away for a week on Thursday afternoon. If you left the books here tomorrow I w[ill] probably be able to sign them on Thursday morning, before I go. Otherwise I w[ill] do it when I return home.” In fine condition, with a uniform shade of toning, and some light soiling under signature.
