Signed on the first free end page, “Albert Einstein 1938.” Uniform light toning to signed page, as well as some scattered light soiling, toning and soiling to both pastedowns, separation along back hinge, sunning to spine, light staining to a couple pages of text, spine and binding a bit weak, moderate wear and soiling to spine, and scattered wear to covers, otherwise very good condition. Einstein’s signature is bold, clear, and unaffected by any flaws. A great opportunity to acquire the history of physics, which Einstein collaborated with Leopold Infeld, a financially struggling friend.
