Fabulous framed panorama of Juneau, Alaska. View shows the town site on the water. Lots of great detail. Sheelor Photo. In wooden frame. No matting. Total framed dimensions: 61.5" x 13." F.W. Sheelor was known for his California scenic photography before he travelled to Alaska and photographed the Alaska Gold Rush. An issue of The Salt Lake Mining Review from April 15, 1915 describes Sheelor in Haines, noting "Mr. Sheelor and his estimable wife have taken in the camp and different points of interest in Alaska," and that he "has the largest circle camera in the world, and is doing great work with it."
