The present grain mill is composed of two parts, both of which are cut out of alabaster. The lower part, stand and striking surface consist of a round block, in the center of which rises the axis, around which turns the mount. The upper part, which is of flattened hemispherical shape, is located on the axis with its central bore. The two elements are decorated on the entire surface. The background shows tendrils patterns that are replaced with three medallions with bird depictions in the upper part. A wooden handle is embedded in a multiply foiled cartouche.

Apart from a few small nicks, the mill is in good condition. The overall dimensions are 16 x 23 cm. The diameter of the mouth is 5 cm, and that of the base is 23 cm.
