ANS by children's TV host Fred Rogers, one page, 8.5 x 11, Mister Rogers' Neighborhood letterhead, in full: "For Al Worden, from all your friends in our neighborhood. Gratefully, Fred." Also includes an original glossy 10 x 8 photo of the envelope with children's questions that Worden took on his trip to the moon, and nine original photographs taken during Worden's several appearances on the show. In fine condition, with wear to binder holes on the left edge.

Worden felt that NASA needed to do more to engage children, and appeared on the children's television show Mister Rogers' Neighborhood when Fred Rogers was planning to do shows on parents going away on trips. Worden appeared on the show before going to the Moon and answered several children's questions: he wrote down some others and took them with him on the spacecraft, promising to think about them on the trip; after the mission, he appeared again to answer them. Appearing on the program several times, Worden also talked about space food, showed off the Apollo space suit, and discussed his time circling the moon.
