Color 16.5 x 13 print of CMP Al Worden during his historic Apollo 15 spacewalk, signed in gold ink, "Al Worden, Apollo 15 CMP," who adds, "That's me recovering film cannisters from the Sim Bay in the service module. First Deep-space EVA-August 5, 1971, 196,000 miles from Earth, 44,000 miles from the Moon." Rolled and in fine condition, with two dings to the bottom edge, and a bit of pen trouble with the signature.

As the CMP for the Apollo 15 mission, Worden spent three days alone in the capsule, in the process becoming the individual who traveled the farthest from any other human being, a record he still holds. During Apollo 15's return flight to Earth, Worden performed a spacewalk to retrieve film cassettes from cameras on the exterior of the spacecraft. The EVA was the first in 'deep space' history, and, as of 2021, it remains the one that has taken place farthest from Earth.
