Al Pacino official January 1961 arrest record and mug shot. As a 20 year-old burgeoning actor, Pacino was arrested in Woonsocket, Rhode Island with two friends after officers observed their car circling the same block of a neighborhood. When police searched the car, they found a .38 in the trunk. Not being able to procure the $2,000 bail, the men spent three days in jail and were released with a bail bond. With nine documents in total, lot includes: (1) Pacino's mugshot, in negative, with both a front and profile portrait, measuring 5'' x 4''; (2) ''Affidavit by Bail'' document, measuring 8.5'' x 13''; (3) bail bond with the National Surety Corporation, reading in part, ''…Alfred Pacino has been arrested on a warrant issued by the Woonsocket Police charged with the crime of Possession of a Concealed Weapon…'' and measuring 8.5'' x 14''; (4) National Surety Power of Attorney document, measuring 8.5'' x 14''; (5) FBI record sheet, 8'' x 11''; (6) Twelfth District Court appearance receipt, measuring 8.5'' x 7'' and (7-9) three copies of his identification sheet with the Adult Correctional Institutions and Reformatory for Women Identification Department, each measuring 8.5'' x 11''. Light wear and toning, overall in very good condition.
