This graceful Akoya pearl brooch originates from the Anglo-Saxon area and was probably made ??around 1980. The 9 carat gold setting is shaped in form of a tree, on the branches of which the Akoya pearls symbolize the leaves. A very refined piece!
The brooch is hallmarked with ‘375’ and the maker's mark inside. The Akoya pearls have a diameter of 4 mm. The dimensions of the brooch are 3.5 x 3.5 cm, its total weight being 6 grams. The brooch is in very good condition, showing only minimal wear marks. (cko)
