Elaborately double-matted with a photo of the Nazi leader and a small placard then framed to an overall size of 23.75 x 21. In fine condition, with a few subtle dings and wrinkles and embossed seal just touching Hitler’s signature. A unique document as Hitler recognizes one of his high-ranking officers. Oversized.
