<B>Admiral George Dewey Autograph Letter Signed</B></I> "<I>George Dewey</B></I>". One page, 5" x 11", Flagship Olympia stationery, November 11, 1898. The body of the letter reads: <I>Dear Sir: I beg to acknowledge the receipt of, and to thank you for, your letter enclosing copies of lines written by you. The lines are very well written and have interested me very much. With kindest regards, Yours sincerely, George Dewey.</B></I>" Matted in red, white, and blue, with a portrait of Dewey, and framed to an overall size of 20"x17". Fine condition, with normal signs of wear as appropriate with age.
