The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not charge handling fees. Shipping Insurance for expensive items is available upon request via email after the auction ends. Shipping is available throughout Canada and the USA, with most items shipped via Canada Post. Shipping process begins once credit card payments are finalized. Shipping costs will be charged to your registered credit card.

1. General Terms
All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. While we strive for accuracy in item descriptions, they are provided as guides only. No sale will be invalidated due to errors or inaccuracies in item descriptions or otherwise. A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item upon placing a bid.
2. Bidding Process
Contractual Obligation: Successful bidders enter a binding contract and are required to pay for all items awarded. Buyer's Premium: Live auctions include a 15% buyer’s premium unless otherwise stated. Online Bidding: Online bids during live auctions are processed instantly and are irrevocable. No confirmations will be issued. Bid Verification: The highest bidder is deemed the purchaser after bid verification, which may take up to 24 hours post-auction. Winning bidders will be notified by email within this period. Bid Retraction: Bids cannot be retracted. In case of disputes, the auctioneer may, at their discretion, resell the lot to the highest bidder. Auctioneer's Rights: The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw, consolidate, or reconfigure lots at any time and to reject bids that do not represent a reasonable increment.
3. Payments and Invoicing
Invoices will be charged to the credit card provided at registration.All applicable excise and sales taxes will be added to the purchase price. Possession of purchased items is only granted after full payment is received. If payment is not made within the prescribed period, the auctioneer may resell the items without notice.
5. Item Pickup
Items must be picked up by appointment only, Monday to Friday (10 AM - 6 PM) and Saturday (10 AM - 2 PM). Items not collected by the final pickup day (Saturday) will be deemed forfeited and may be resold. No refunds will be issued for forfeited items.

6. Shipping Terms
Shipping is available across Canada and the USA through alternative carriers, such as UPS or FedEx, due to ongoing disruptions with Canada Post. The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping insurance for high-value items will be applied upon request via email. Shipping preferences, such as "ship" or "pickup," must be confirmed during registration. Credit cards will be charged for shipping fees once payments are finalized. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.
7. Liability
CITYPOINT TRADING INC. assumes no liability for any items after bids are accepted. Purchasers are advised to arrange insurance for their items. If CITYPOINT TRADING INC. cannot deliver an awarded lot, our sole liability is limited to refunding any payments made for the lot.
8. Abandonment
Items not collected within the prescribed time are considered abandoned. The purchaser indemnifies the auctioneer against damages arising from uncollected items.
9. Privacy and Data Usage
We collect only the information provided at registration. Ensure all information, including shipping preferences and credit card details, is accurate to avoid delays.
