Adam’s Patent dragoon-size percussion revolver, .48 caliber, approx. 12-1/2mm. 14-1/2” overall with 7-3/8” heavy octagon barrel, top flat engraved “Robert Adams, 76 King William St. London.” Also “B20888 Adam’s Patent 56662R”. 5-shot round cylinder, checkered wood grips. Side mounted ramrod. Double or single action. The pistol shows 50-70% original blue that is toning and dulling slightly with some light to moderate erosion and pinprick pitting just starting. The edges are good, the metal good, checkered wood grips are good with slight wear at the edges, markings sharp, action not working and mainspring broken. Other parts seem intact. The cylinder number matches. Generally good overall. A massive Adams in good condition needing small action repairs. From the Robert Petersen Collection. Est: $700 - $1,400

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
