This is a beautiful set of Smith's monumental work on market economics that greatly influenced (and continues to influence) scores of economists, governments, and political theorists since its first publication in 1776. The set is in very good condition, with some rubbing to the edges, corners, and spines. The inner text is mildly toned in places, but overall remains clear and sharp. The bindings are strong. Previous owner's bookplate affixed to the front pastedown of each volume.
