Acts in the book includes the establishment of a naval force, a system of post offices and post roads, a neutrality law, a law prohibiting any United States citizen from engaging in the slave trade, treaties with Indian tribes, including the Cherokees, Oneidas, and Six Nations, and a resolution calling for the passage of the Eleventh Amendment to the Constitution. Detached front cover and first free end page, moderate toning and dampstaining to pages, fragile binding and spine, chipped spine, ink notation to front cover, as well as wear and rubbing to boards, otherwise good condition.
