Included for auction in this lot is an original Ace Powell framed Western etching. Asa "Ace" Lynn Powell was a Montana artist known for his Western works of art in watercolor, oil paints, bronze, wood and terracotta. Powell is remembered as one of the greatest Western artists of the 20th century. This etching is titled "Montana Cabin", and depicts a snowed in Montana homestead. The etching is signed, and numbered 20/75. The etching sits in a brushed, gold colored frame. The piece shows good condition. The frame the etching is mounted inside measures 7 1/8" x 5".
