Absolutely delightful high quality silk blend Sarouk design Runner. Made of all natural, vegetable dye, hand woven, pure silk blend finest baby lamb's wool pile on cotton foundation. This is a lovely shah-Abbasi floral (flower garden) design with a captivating multiple medallion over a beige color background. Rugs being a product of hot and arid climate tend to incorporate more of the primary colors to absorb the harsh and intense sunlight in order to be soothing to the eyes. So it is rather rare to come across a Sarouk with such predominant beige color in the marketplace. This runner is masterfully hand-woven, knot by knot using pure silk and superior quality baby lamb's wool. This wonderful runner combines the ultimate in artistry and craftsmanship.
