Absolutely Gorgeous High Quality handmade Royal Persian Tehran Rug. 100% natural vegetable, dye, hand woven, finest baby lambs wool pile on cotton foundation. This is a royal Tehran weave. Tehran being the capital and the commercial center of Iran has never been a center for Rug production. However, the few that are woven are of extreme high quality and artistic workmanship, making them among the most desirable and sought after Persian Rugs. Moreover this royal Tehran has a glowing and lively appearance due to its high quality of baby lambs wool pile. Please notice the captivating shade of blue color used in the crowned corners and subsequently repeated in the secondary borders, that is characteristic of Tehran weave.
