Sec. of the Treasury, please see & hear Gen. De Ahna.” In fine condition, with a mounting remnant to a reverse edge lightly showing through to the front. De Ahna had requested to see Lincoln to present an accusation involving a Confederate attempt to bribe Union generals to betray their commands and surrender.
