<B>Abraham Lincoln Unsigned Autograph Document.</B></I> No place (evidently Edgar Co., Ill.), no date, one page, folio. An order of the court in Andrew J. Beebe vs Moses Woodward, declaring that the plaintiff is entitled to "<I>possession of the premises in question and…costs</B></I>", but that he "<I>shall not at any time proceed in any way against said defendant for mesne profits herein</B></I>." The defendant is allowed possession for 12 months, and shall "<I>within that period…remove any or all of the improvements…doing thereby, no unnecessary injury to the soil, timber or other natural property…and that during said period, execution herein be staid</B></I>." A legal description of the land in question is given, showing that it was located in Edgar County. <I>From the Henry E. Luhrs Collection.</B></I>
