Lamon and O.F. Harmon, signed by the latter three. The state court having agreed, upon Allen's petition, that this case be removed "<I>into the next Circuit Court of the United States</B></I>" for the "<I>Southern District of Illinois, upon the ground that…McCollom is a citizen of…Illinois, and…Allen…a citizen of…Indiana, and that the matter in dispute exceeds the…value of five hundred dollars</B></I>", the defendants furnish this bond in the amount of $100, it to be void if Allen duly files in the federal court on the "<I>first day of its next session, copies of the process against him…</B></I>" Old glassine repairs to folds on verso; darkly penned.
