<B>Abraham Lincoln Unsigned Autograph Document.</B></I> Vermilion Co., Ill., 2 June 1854, about three-quarters page, folio. Wherein Charles R. Daniels is suing Jacob Delay for the use of Nathaniel Lyon. Delay signs an affidavit declaring that he "<I>can not safely go to trial at the present term because of the absence of Abram Brower…a material witness</B></I>" by whom he expects to prove that a note was paid before suit was brought. Brower lives in Milwaukee, Wis., and Delay claims he "<I>has had no sufficient time to procure his testimony…</B></I>" Light aging, some small nicks in margin, old glassine repairs to folds on verso. <I>From the Henry E.
