A deposition prepared for and signed by Newton Low, which has been witnessed by the dated signature of <B>David Davis</B></I> (as "D Davis Judge"). Low swears on oath that sometime in September he <I>"heard John Ritter speak of Dr. William Fithian in very unfriendly terms, and particularly in relation to the pending law suit between…Fithian and George W. Casseday in which he expressed the wish that Casseday might gain the suit…" Low states that he "does not recollect the precise language used by…Ritter, but he is sure he is not mistaken in the substance of the statements…"</B></I> Slightly frayed margins; margins and folds reinforced on verso, which is blank except for a docket.
