<B>Abraham Lincoln Plaster Bust by Jo Davidson (1883-1952).</B></I> Davidson was one of the most prolific and popular of all American sculptors. He is represented by 60 works in a special room at the National Portrait Gallery. This present piece is in a terra cotta finish and is a perfect example of Davidson's impressionistic style. 10" tall and on a wooden base of 4" x 4", signed "Jo Davidson 1943" on the back.
