Abraham Lincoln Lengthy Autograph Endorsement Signed twice "Lincoln & Fuller p.d.", at the end of a legal document similarly signed four other times in an unidentified hand. Tazewell Co. (Ill.), April 1855, in all one and three-quarters pages, folio, on blue paper. Replications in James T. Ayres vs John W. and Thomas Brown. Lincoln has numbered the first four replications, which are probably in Fuller's handwriting, and in his endorsement states that certain property mentioned in a declaration "was not adjudged by the court not to be the property of the plaintiff…as…alledged" and that the plaintiff "says he was not enjoined from enterfering with the property…as alledged…" Scattered bleaching spots, but very fine, Lincoln's writing dark and clear. From the Henry E. Luhrs Collection.
