Ephemera affiliated with Ford's Theatre, where President Abraham Lincoln was shot on April 14, 1865, during a performance of Our American Cousin. The highlights are: a 1910 T108 'Between the Acts' tobacco card of Ford's Theatre; a vintage postcard of Ford's Theatre and the Petersen House, postmarked 1922, annotated at the center: "I am sitting right in the room where Lincoln died and it is a perfectly wonderful old house. Hope you can come here sometime"; and a vintage Chicago Historical Society postcard depicting the "bed on which Lindon died and Lincoln furniture in Lincoln Room at Chicago Historical Society."

Additionally includes some gift shop-type materials, including a replica of a Ford's Theatre ticket; an embroidered Ford's Theatre patch; a paperback reprint of the Our American Cousin script; and a modern postcard photo of the theatre draped in mourning following Lincoln's assassination. In overall fine condition.
