"I do not want any children strange to say for the most of persons do. And I want something that will cause the womb to expel its contents without any serious injury...I also want something that will forever prevent pregnancy, also without doing injury...They are often without medicine in the country...and are compelled to write for it...We only have one mail a week...." Figures that it would be quicker and cheaper to deal directly with pharmacist rather than going through a physician; wants medicine and directions sent by Express. Light foxing, spindle holes and lacking blank lower right tip with no loss of text, else good.
