In part: “(Abbott and Costello) have paid to Universal a sum total of $126,750.00 for said ten per cent (10%) investment, which amount includes the sum of $10,000 representing a reserve fund with respect to said photoplay.” Signed on the third page in blue fountain pen, “Lou Costello” and “Bud Abbott.” In fine condition, with central horizontal fold and staple holes to upper left corner.
