Burr,” dated November 5, 1803. Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 13.5 x 9. In very good condition, with a few creases, two cancellation cuts to body, ink spotting, and edge toning and soiling. At the time, Burr was serving as vice president under Thomas Jefferson.
