In part: <I>"Mr. Williams came to Albany, not on the first week of the Chancery Court as he has proposed, but on the Second - I spoke to him of the Bill; but the Draught of the Bill was not yet complete... very little business (except those incidental Matters which we call non </B></I> illegible <I> was done at the last Term of the S</B></I> upreme <I> C</B></I> ourt <I>.
