Originally established in 1879 by a Chinese person Ah Sing, who sold it to another Chinese person Quong Gu Kee.

Kee who had excellent management skills was able to make the Can Can Restaurant one of Tombstone's best known restaurants. Serving steaks and ham as well as Chinese food to the famous names in early Tombstone. Kee said "the Cowboys and gunmen would come for a good time, getting drunk, fighting and breaking furniture" In 1886 was purchased by John Henninger who turned it into a first class eating establishment. This token is an example of the Chinese influence in Tombstone during the Earp era. Listed in Spooner 2010 Arizona Catalog as TOM-107 Brass 25mm R8 (7-12 pieces known). GF 1 loaf of bread.
