Hickok, treasurer (not, presumably, the one of Deadwood fame). Black border with light red under printing. Vignette of two miners working a rock face, and another of Geo. Washington at left within a stylized panel. Green seal and a 25ct federal revenue stamp above signatures. Four of 6 coupons are attached. Printer: Francis Hart & Co., N. Y. 13 ½ x 13” (without coupons). The company had offices in Arivaca, Arizona.
