The painting was unsigned but was sold as attributed to Julian Onderonk.<BR><BR>We believe the Onderdonk attribution to be wrong. Based on style, especially in the light of the Dawson-Watson bluebonnet painting in this auction (lot # ), we attribute this painting to Dawson Dawson-Watson.<BR><BR>Provenance:<BR>Chuck Knight<BR>Daurice and Jim Bowmer<BR>Acquired by descent from the above by the present owner<BR><BR> <B>Condition Report:</B> Excellent condition.
