ARCADE WHITE PANEL TRUCK.
A nice, all original example of one of the harder to find panel trucks produced by the Arcade firm in the 1920s-30s time period. This vehicle has cast iron wheels with a pair of iron spares mounted by the cowls. Enameled in the typical apple green with gilt trim, this truck has been owned early on by Lloyd Ralston (name scratched in underside of vehicle) and at a later period in time by Donald Kaufman. Lloyd Ralston was an early collector of toys and banks, originally living in Warren, Ohio and later moving to Fairfield, Connecticut. He and his wife Ruth started collecting and dealing in the early 1960s and continued until his passing. A most realistic truck and one of the more difficult panel trucks to obtain for one's collection. SIZE: 8" l. CONDITION: Overall good to very good. Slightly heavier wear to roof, most notably the edges. 1-12847
